Direct Content Suppliers (DCS) — Effective July 13, 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Direct Content Suppliers ("DCS", "we", "us"), including our website, rental applications, vehicle rentals, and text message (SMS) communications. By using our services or providing your phone number to receive text messages, you agree to these Terms.

1. SMS Terms of Service

Customers opt in to receive text messages from DCS by checking the SMS consent box on our rental application form at www.directcontentsuppliers.com/rent after entering their mobile phone number. When you opt in, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your vehicle rental, including rental confirmations, trip start notifications, mid-trip check-ins, return reminders, late-return notices, post-trip follow-ups, and replies to messages you send us.

Message frequency varies based on your rental activity.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a final confirmation message, after which no further texts will be sent to your number.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of renting a vehicle.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

2. Eligibility

To rent a vehicle from DCS, you must:

Hold a valid, unexpired driver's license.
Meet our minimum age and driving-record requirements.
Pass our driver screening process, which you consent to when applying.
Provide accurate and complete information in your rental application.

3. Rental Terms

Rental rates, dates, coverage selections, and vehicle details are confirmed at checkout and in your rental agreement.
Payment is due at booking and is processed securely by our payment processor (Stripe).
Vehicles must be returned on the agreed date with the agreed fuel level and in the same condition as at pickup, normal wear excepted.
Late returns may incur additional charges. If a vehicle is not returned, we may take steps to recover it, including using GPS location and notifying law enforcement.
Rental vehicles may be equipped with GPS tracking devices that remain active during the rental period for fleet security and recovery purposes.

4. Prohibited Uses

Rental vehicles may not be used for:

Any illegal activity or purpose.
Racing, off-road driving, or towing unless expressly authorized.
Driving by anyone not listed and approved on the rental agreement.
Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any impairing substance.
Transporting hazardous materials.

5. Liability & Insurance

You are responsible for the vehicle during the rental period, including damage, loss, tickets, tolls, and citations, except as covered by coverage options you select at checkout.
Coverage options, if selected, are described at checkout and in your rental agreement.
You must report any accident, damage, or theft to us promptly, and to law enforcement where required.

6. Cancellations

Cancellation terms are provided at booking. Where a rental is cancelled by DCS before pickup, amounts paid for that rental will be refunded.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
