Use the form below to opt in to SMS text messages from Direct Content Suppliers ("DCS"). The same consent checkbox also appears on our online rental application. This page additionally documents the exact consent language we present to customers.

How Customers Opt In

Method 1 — this page: the customer fills out the SMS opt-in form above at https://www.directcontentsuppliers.com/sms-opt-in, checks the consent box, and submits. Their name, mobile number, consent, and the exact disclosure text shown are recorded with a timestamp.

Method 2 — rental application:

The customer visits our online rental application at https://www.directcontentsuppliers.com/rent.
The customer enters their contact information, including their mobile phone number.
In the Acknowledgements section of the same form, the customer may check an optional SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox is unchecked by default and checking it is not a condition of renting a vehicle.
The customer's consent choice is recorded and stored with their rental application at the time of submission.

Customers who opt in may receive the following types of messages from DCS:

Rental confirmations and trip start notifications
Mid-trip check-ins and trip updates
Vehicle return reminders and late-return notices
Post-trip follow-ups
Replies to messages the customer sends us

Message Frequency, Rates, and Opt-Out

Message frequency varies based on rental activity.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on the customer's mobile carrier plan.
Customers can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, they will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts.
Customers can reply HELP at any time for assistance.
Consent is not a condition of purchasing or renting any vehicle from DCS.

Customers May Also Text Us First

Customers may also initiate a conversation by texting DCS at 614-423-5442 with questions about our rental services. By texting us first, the customer consents to receive reply messages related to their inquiry. The same STOP and HELP keywords apply.

Privacy and Terms

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent records are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
